1 Year with Fireshine 🔥

Today marks one whole year spent with the Fireshine Team and in all honesty my gratitude is endless for this team! Today marks 1 year of working with the amazing Fireshine Games team as a freelance community manager - and what a journey it’s been, especially on Tales of Seikyu (and more recently Denshattack!).

Looking back, I’m proud of what I've achieved in that time:

🎮 130+ hours in-game capturing gameplay & stories

📝 9 developer diaries written to share the dev journey

📸 140+ pieces of content created across Twitter, Bluesky, Instagram, Facebook & TikTok

++ many joyous meetings, HQ visit, event catch up's and creative brainstorming sessions!

And the community growth has been incredible:

Seeing players resonate with that content was such a joy, especially since Miss Ama's yokai is such a unique one; Amabie!

What was initially a short term contract turned into a long term collaboration that expanded my portfolio and connected me with some wholesome human beings that I hope stays in my circle forever. 🥹

Katie Clark has been an inspiration with her dedicated mindset, her ability to juggle so many things all at once and for being so open and understanding. And I thank you a million times for advocating for me at Fireshine and essentially extending my time with you all. 💛

Bridie Daniels has not only been the most relaxed and meticulous head CM on their projects but they've also been so incredibly breezy to work with and collaborate, their never ending ideas and creative mindset is inspiring and I've learned a lot from you. ✨

Tom Knight is as wholesome as he is funny and I miss working with you on Seikyu but I know you have your epic adventures within Fireshine and I'll come visit so we can gorge on edamame and take silly pics again. You were so welcoming and were the first one I met in person, I hope we can work again soon! 🫂

Also a shoutout to Meg Spencer, Damian Kennett my new CM partner in crime and Daisy Treloar, you're all so welcoming and I look forward to working with you on our projects going forward!

And to Fireshine Games in general thank you for the trust, the autonomy, the opportunity to dive into big tasks and edits, and for making me feel 100% a part of an amazing team. 💛
