Celebrating the journey of Mentorship with Mivi Studman-Badillo! 👏🏻

🩵 This year I was encouraged to sign up to Limit Break Mentorship by a my friend Paul Rennie who recognized my experience as something I could share with juniors in the industry. I considered this for only a moment before applying, as I know juniors have struggled immensely during the industry shifts that we've been going through the past few years.

🫂 Mivi reached out, and after an initial meeting we entered a mentorship which has forged a permanent connection. We instantly recognized our struggles as neurodivergents in the industry; and I reassured Mivi that some of her struggles - I shared in some aspects. In short, she was not alone.

📈 Throughout our 6 month mentorship program we've had:

• 14 meetings.

• I've shared my approach to self-organization, time management.

• How I have built resilience when dealing with difficult people online.

• Understanding the underlying human psychology of the person behind the keyboard.

• I've shared how I approach strategy, content creation, dealing with mental health and work.

• As well as how to best measure performance on social posts with analytics.

🔗We've connected very well over a range of topics and I am delighted that we're both going to continue past this program - so that we can support each other in many ways!
